This Division ensures the organized admission of returnees, provides information, counseling and refers returnees to the appropriate services. The Division is also responsible for ensuring the transportation of repatriated persons from border crossing points to their destination and providing emergency accommodation for repatriated persons;
Among other tasks, it ensures and coordinates the verification of the family situation of unaccompanied children and other vulnerable groups, as well as individuals with specific needs, recommending appropriate support measures.

This Division cooperates and coordinates the reintegration and integration process between the central and local levels. In cooperation with municipalities, it verifies and assesses the needs of repatriated persons and foreigners for support in the reintegration and integration process.
It also ensures the addressing of needs and provides necessary assistance for the sustainable reintegration of vulnerable groups and individuals with specific needs. This Division cooperates and coordinates the reintegration and integration process with relevant ministries and agencies, providing advice and support for the process of sustainable reintegration and integration.
It also ensures the provision of integration courses for foreigners in the Republic of Kosovo, prepares and organizes tests and assesses the level of integration of foreigners. The Division receives complaints from repatriated persons and foreigners and forwards them to the relevant Complaints Commissions.

This Center is responsible for the accommodation of repatriated persons and for the reception and registration of persons accommodated in the Center. It takes care of their conditions and well-being, in accordance with the applicable legislation, and cooperates with the Family Medicine Center, the Social Work Center, the Kosovo Police, and relevant organizations in the care and support of accommodated persons.
The Accommodation Center cooperates with the Reception Center at the Border Crossing Points, as well as with municipalities to accommodate repatriated persons. It is also responsible for ensuring the transportation of returnees from the Accommodation Center to the relevant municipality.

This Center provides shelter, accommodation, security and protection for victims of trafficking, based on equal treatment and non discrimination. It provides psycho-social services, food, clothing, hygiene and pharmaceutical services for the victims sheltered. It also provides support
for the return of victims of trafficking to their country of origin.
The Center provides professional counseling for victims on their rights and cooperates with all relevant institutions engaged in combating trafficking to ensure the best possible care for the victims sheltered.
